Roasted Atlantic salmon

Ingredient:

  1. 1 lb of Atlantic salmon fillets
  2. Marinating sauce:
    • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp of ginger soy sauce 
    • 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
    • 1 tsp of white pepper powder
    • 2 tsp of black pepper powder
    • 3 tsp of paprika
  3. Cilantro (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinating sauce in a small bowl and homogenize it.
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into 2″ by 1″ pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the marinating sauce into the large mixing bowl with salmon.
  4. Close the lid on the mixing bowl and shake until all salmon pieces are covered with marinating sauce.
  5. Let it marinate for at least 30 min.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450 °F.
  7. Place the marinated salmon in a baking pan and put it in the oven.
  8. Bake for 10-15 min until salmon is cooked.
  9. Sprinkle diced cilantro over salmon and serve.
